Difficulty levels:
Easy
Short, sometimes optional walks of between four and five hours durationon good, well maintained paths or tracks at Low altitude, with little daily variation.
Moderate
Occasional longer or harder days, average five to seven hours duration. Generally on good paths, but sometimes with rocky terrain. No extremes of altitude or ascent/decent. Max ascent approx. 1000m.
Energy
Seven to eight hours with occasional longer days on peaks or
passes. Some trips may reach altitudes up to 175 meters, with occasional significant daily ascents, max. 1400m.
